The National Erasmus+ Office in Armenia is pleased to announce 2 volunteer opportunities: Junior IT Support Specialist and Junior Graphic Designer. The details are presented below:

Position: Junior IT Support Specialist
Start Date: November 2023
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Workload: freelance
Format: mainly remote
Location: Yerevan, Armenia
A certificate is provided.

DUTIES

• provide technical support to the NEO (National Erasmus+ Office in Armenia) team, resolving hardware and software issues promptly;
• provide assistance to the NEO team in addressing website-related challenges;
• collaborate with NEO team members to improve processes and enhance system performance;
• keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.

REQUIREMENTS

• education in computer science, information technology, or similar field (3-rd year or higher);
• experience as an IT support specialist is welcomed but not mandatory;
• exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries;
• in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks;
• exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
