Position: Junior IT Support Specialist

Start Date: November 2023

Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Workload: freelance

Format: mainly remote

Location: Yerevan, Armenia
A certificate is provided.

DUTIES

• provide technical support to the NEO (National Erasmus+ Office in Armenia) team, resolving hardware and software issues promptly;
• provide assistance to the NEO team in addressing website-related challenges;
• collaborate with NEO team members to improve processes and enhance system performance;
• keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.

REQUIREMENTS

• education in computer science, information technology, or similar field (3-rd year or higher);
• experience as an IT support specialist is welcomed but not mandatory;
• exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries;
• in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks;
• exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Are you a passionate and creative graphic designer eager to gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact? The National Erasmus+ Office in Armenia invites aspiring graphic designers to join our team as volunteers. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to international education projects, build your portfolio, and be part of our mission to promote youth development and academic excellence.

DUTIES

• collaborate with the NEO (National Erasmus+ Office in Armenia) team to craft visually engaging materials for Erasmus+ programs;
• design marketing materials, including posters, brochures, social media graphics, and promotional items;
• assist in maintaining and updating our organization’s website with visually captivating content;
• create visually appealing presentations for seminars, webinars, and events;
• contribute innovative design concepts and ideas to marketing campaigns and projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• basic knowledge of web design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
• effective time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
• excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
