On September 19-20, an online Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) network meeting was held, in which representatives of the National Erasmus+ Office in Armenia and HERE experts participated from Armenia.

The purpose of the meeting was to present the role of HERE experts, the opportunities, resources, and support frameworks provided by the SPHERE (Support to Higher Education Reform Experts) initiative. During the meetings, the participants had an opportunity to discuss important topics in separate working groups such as the annual work plans, the existing challenges, ways of solving them, and the best practices they have.

During the second day of the meetings, the participants received practical information on the preparation of technical assistance missions (TAMs). On this topic, Lusine Fljyan, Vice-Rector for Research and Internationalisation of the Northern University, who is also a former Erasmus+ HERE expert, presented to colleagues the TAM implemented in 2019 in Armenia and devoted to the staff mobility promotion as an example of a successful TAM.
