Erasmus+ Information Days 2021
Erasmus+ Information Days 2021 were held at Vanadzor State University on December 2, at Vanadzor Technology Center on December 3, at Goris State University on December 4, at Shirak State University on December 10, at Gyumri Technology Center on December 11, at European University in Armenia on December 16 and at ibis Yerevan Center hotel on December 20. Annual Information Days are a series of events aimed at disseminating information about the Erasmus+ Programme, which provides grant opportunities for strategic cooperation between Armenia and the European Union in the field of international higher education.
During the Information Days in Yerevan and the regions, the beneficiaries were informed about the novelties in Erasmus+ Programme included in the final Call for Proposals 2022. The Call of proposal 2021 launched on November 24 and is available via the following link: https://bit.ly/3FwSwgk:
During the Information days, beneficiaries were welcomed by Frank Hess, Head of Cooperation, EU Delegation on December 20, Heghine Bisharyan, Rector of European University in Armenia on December 16, Rustam Sahakyan, Rector of Vanadzor State University on December 2, Artush Ghukasyan, Rector of Goris State University on December 4, Nazeli Avetisyan, Vice-Rector of Shirak State University on December 10.
During the meetings in the regions and Yerevan the following topics were presented: “Capacity Building in Higher Education: Novelties” by Lana Karlova, Programme Coordinator, NEO Armenia, Lucia Giannini, Project Adviser, European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), “Erasmus+ 2021-2027: Call 2022, News” and “Opportunities and Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Programs Erasmus Mundus Designed Measures” by Lana Karlova, Programme Coordinator, NEO Armenia. “Virtual Exchanges”, “International student mobility for university students and staff”, and “Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees for Individuals” were presented for university students and individuals by Vard Ghukasyan, Programme Officer, NEO Armenia. Elvira Zargaryan, Expert of the National Team of Higher Education Reform Experts hold an interactive discussion on “University Faculty support to the Inclusive Processes” at Shirak State University.
