Annual Conference of Erasmus+ Higher Education Reform Experts (HEREs)
On December 22, 2017 Erasmus+ Higher Education Reform Experts’ (HERE) National Team organised the Annual Conference 2017 titled “Higher Education in 2017: Policy Reforms, Business, Social Involvement and Quality Culture”. The Conference was hosted by the Center for European Studies, Yerevan State University and covered such topics as:
- The organisational challenges of education and entrepreneurship
- University quality culture in action, based on the Scottish example
- EU and its Neighbours: Higher Education Policy and Cooperation
- Publication of ECTS Guide in Armenian
- Overview of HEREs activities in 2017
Among the participants were predominantly administrative staff members from Quality Assurance and International Relations Offices of Armenian State Pedagogical University, National Polytechnic University, Armenian National Agrarian University, Yerevan State University, Armenia State University of Economics, Haybusak University, National Academy of Science of RA, Eurasia International University, Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences, etc. The meeting has also raised interest of non-academic partner institutions, such as the National Center for Professional Eduation Quality Assurance Foundation, Higher Education Qualification Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of RA, Republican Pedagogical-Psychological Center and “Youth Ideas” NGO.
