In 2019 the budget for Jean Monnet is EUR 13,7 million. To increase the participation of countries outside the European Union in Jean Monnet Activities Additional € 3.5 million will be allocated through Partnership Instrument (PI) to the Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Iran, Japan, Korea, Macao, Mexico, Russia, Singapore and the United States of America.
The Erasmus+ Programme Guide (Version 2019) is available on-line and in pdf. This guide presents the Jean Monnet Actions and explains the rules and conditions for setting-up an application for these actions.
